First successful prosecution for tooth whitening
In the first case of its kind, the General Dental Council (GDC), has successfully prosecuted a non-dentist for performing tooth whitening.. In London 48 year old Paul Hill pleaded guilty practising dentistry. He has been ordered to pay a total of £6,265 in fines and his company has been ordered to pay a total of £6,765. The amounts include costs of £5,500 for the GDC. |
