Others, however, may present having endured botched or inappropriate work, disparagingly referred to in the media as ‘Turkey Teeth’.
It is claimed that there is a shortage of dentists in the UK, especially working within the NHS. MP’s shocked by the horror stories that they are hearing from constituents, would like to see more dentists trained, with some pushing for a new dental school in their area.

The General Dental Council has opened a consultation on its three-year strategic plan with the news that the regulator expects the Annual Retention Fee for dentists and dental care professionals to rise.
