As the new proposed Health and Care Bill reaches the Commons Committee stage, Lord Philip Hunt has called the Government’s plan to centralise the control of water fluoridation schemes  “An opportunity to take a big step forward in not only improving this generation’s oral health, but those for decades to come.”

London marathon fundraiser a huge success says Ben Fund

Five runners ran the Virgin Money London Marathon for the BDA Benevolent Fund recently and collectively raised over £9,000, including gift aid contributions. Funds raised will be used to offer essential support for living costs such as rent and bills to dental students, dentists, and their families.
