BDIA Dental Showcase is moving to 27 – 28 March 2021

Amidst ongoing uncertainty around future government restrictions and health advice, MA Exhibitions and their industry partner the BDIA, have taken the decision to move BDIA Dental Showcase from October 2020 to 27 – 28 March 2021. The organisers hope that this move will alleviate growing concerns that an October event would be too soon for the dental profession and an industry battling all the pressures brought on by the current crisis.
The organisers say: “A March event gives dental professionals more opportunity to re-open practices and treat a much-neglected patient list with oral health issues. It also importantly provides the dental industry with extra valuable time to prepare to showcase all that is new in Dentistry from global dental companies following IDS, Cologne, two weeks earlier.
“With practices closed, CPD will be a core focus for the dental profession during the crisis. Meaning a CPD led event does not add much value in 2020. By March we will have entered a new cycle for CPD, allowing the BDIA and MA Exhibitions to deliver a valuable and worthwhile event, which everyone has the opportunity and means to attend.”
