BDA Conference pledges money to terror victims

Manchester appeal

BDA chair Mick Armstrong said: "We've been so proud to make Manchester home to our national conference, and we just want to do our bit to help our hosts and friends in the aftermath of this horrific attack. Quite rightly Manchester has resolved to carry on. Our thoughts are with all the families touched by this atrocity."

The Manchester Evening News commenced an online appeal in the aftermath of the bombing on 22nd May. It quickly nreached £1m and ois now close to their target of £2m. More Information here.

All funds raised by the  will be donated to the British Red Cross and will support the families of the 22 killed and the 59 people injured in the terrorist attack at the Ariana Grande concert.
