Tony Jacobs becomes LDC Conference chair

Jonathan Randall (Herts LDC) was elected to the postion of Chair for 2014/15. Stuart Allan was elected to the Agenda Committee, and Jim Lafferty to GDPC. Tim Harker was re-elected as Treasurer.
Tony Jacobs said: " I thank the Conference and my colleagues on the Agenda Committee for their confidence in me as Chair fort the coming year, and plan to put on a Conference with some innovation in Manchester on 13th June 2014 in Manchester.
This year's event, under the chairmanship of Dr Richard Elvin, BDS, was a success on all fronts, and will be a tough act to follow.
The development of a new dental contract, discussions with the DH and the outcomes of the pilots will all have an impact on our planning for 2014's event. Watch this space!"
