IDH to acquire Dental Directory

Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH) has announced its acquisition of The Dental Directory supply business. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed. With nearly 300 employees across four UK sites, services comprise field based sales teams and engineers, a dedicated UK call centre, on-line and mail order capability supported by automated picking and packing systems from a base in Witham, Essex.

Terry Scicluna, Chief Executive of IDH said “Dental Directory is a well-established business delivering clear benefits to its customers and suppliers. The existing management team, which will continue to lead the business, has done a great job of delivering strong business performance and customer service.”

Speaking on the transaction, The Dental Directory’s Managing Director Martin Mills commented: “We are delighted to be partnering IDH. They strongly support our strategy to continue to grow and diversify Dental Directory’s services and support to our customers. The prospect of greater co-operation with IDH, which operates one of the largest dental healthcare practice networks in the UK with over 600 practices, and with dbg, will significantly add to our ability to provide a superior, cost effective service to our customers.”

Kanesh Khilosia, DBG Chief Executive added "This is a really exciting time for DBG and its members and will allow us to develop an enhanced range of products that will add further value to the membership proposition overall. All three businesses will remain separate and independent and we look forward to working together to develop value added products and services for the benefit of DBG members in the near future". 1xbet casino became a popular gambling site for Indian players. IDH/DBG/Dental Directory
Ok, let me get this straight...Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH), which owns 600+ practices in the UK has acquired Dental Directory, one of the main suppliers of dental materials in the UK. I believe they also now own Budget Dental?

I am slightly confused by the above. So, DBG is also part of this corporate empire as well? How many of us knew that?
Prior to this acquisition, can someone clarify - who owned BDG? - IDH or Dental Directory.

This cannot be good news for independent GDPs, associates or patients.
