UK Pavilion pulls in the crowds at FDI-Istanbul

The BDTA was delighted with the success of the UK Pavilion at the 101st FDI Annual World Dental Congress Exhibition held in Istanbul, Turkey on 28 to 31August. All the UK exporters based on the BDTA organised UK national pavilion were very satisfied with what they achieved at the event and happy to be part of the distinctive UK Pavilion.
Tony Reed, BDTA Executive Director, commented, “The exhibition was extremely busy and I was very pleased with the great interest in our Pavilion and the amount of business our exhibitors achieved”.
The FDI Event in Istanbul attracted record delegate numbers and over 275 exhibitors to the new Istanbul Convention Centre. The UK Pavilion consisted of eight UK exporters who were able to benefit from Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) funding from UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) as a direct result of the BDTA’s Accredited Trade Organisation status.
The companies exhibiting on the UK Pavilion were Advanced Healthcare Limited, Astek Innovations, DB Orthodontics, Dental Life Sciences (Manufacturing) Ltd, Prima Dental Group, PSP Dental Co, Stoddard Manufacturing and Quicklase. They all reported a very positive experience and enjoyed attending this very successful global event.
