Denplan train for another milestone

Denplan are celebrating another milestone this year after putting over 160 employees through externally recognised and validated training courses. Not only has Denplan put more than 140 staff through the BDTA/BDIA award since 2008, but it’s also paid for employees to expand their knowledge and expertise by undertaking qualifications such as NVQs, ITQs, finance qualifications and Diplomas.
Denplan also offer their employees the opportunity to obtain qualifications from well established and respected organisations such as the BDIA and Chartered Institutes of Marketing, Public Relations and Personnel and Development, which makes their qualifications not only valid in the dental industry and for the benefits of Denplan members, but for the individual in their chosen career.
Denplan’s Head of HR, Sharon Ellis, commented: “Denplan takes its corporate social responsibility very seriously. Training our people so they not only feel motivated, but able to do their jobs more effectively, is a big part of that. We’re very proud of all the people who have undertaken the BDIA Award and NVQs etc over the last few years and the fact that those people represent almost half of our workforce is certainly an achievement worth shouting about.”
